Dr. Shah grew up in Central NJ before graduating magna cum laude in biomedical engineering at Boston University where he was a competitive dancer. He completed the prestigious combined engineering/medical integrated curriculum (ENGMEDIC). He graduated alpha omega alpha (AOA) at Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania where he was selected as the chief resident. During his time at the University of Pennsylvania, he also completed a residency track in Healthcare Leadership in Quality and a fellowship at Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation.
